CHANGES YOU CAN USE IMMEDIATELY
- Information on Fall 2006 Commencement is now available. Use SA_COMMENCE_TB or four new repository queries:
- Commence1: students eligible to participate in a specific commencement ceremony
- Commence2: Degree checkout status within college, department
- Commence3: Undergraduate students eligible to participate in a specific commencement ceremony with a GPA greater than 2.99
- Commence4: Postbaccalaureate students eliglble to participate in a specific commencement ceremony
- Expected graduate information is also available in the Student Current Views including expected graduation term and degree checkout status.
- Preferred phone number is available in SA_CLASS_LISTS_VW and Student Current Views. It has also been added into the SA-Class List - Waitlist repository query/report.
- University Housing address and phone number are available in the Student Current Views.
INDIVIDUAL REQUESTS FOR DATA
If you have requests for student data that cannot be met by the repository queries and tables that have been released, or have a need to view additional pieces of data, please submit your requests via email to Patty Warnick in Office of Academic Records (pwarnick@calpoly.edu). At this time, please limit your requests to data that is essential to university operations. Even if your request cannot be met, it will feed the requirements for future releases.
